International Women’s Day is not only a celebration of women’s accomplishments but also a call to action for gender equality and inclusion. The campaign theme for International Women’s Day this year is “Inspire Inclusion,” emphasising the importance of creating a world where every woman is recognised, respected, and included.
Women have made tremendous strides in various fields and breaking many barriers along the way. From politics to business, science to sports, women continue to defy expectations and redefine what is possible. However, despite these achievements, significant challenges persist.
International Women’s Day serves as a reminder of not only the work that still needs to be done towards equality but also for what has already been achieved.
