JMB Insurance Brokers, the trading name of Chariot Schemes Ltd, is the latest acquisition by the Read Shepley insurance services group. JMB now joins a growing group which also includes the RS Risk Solutions broking business.
Group chairman, Stuart Shepley states:
“We are delighted to welcome the JMB insurance broking team. As we continue to grow our mid-market commercial business, both organically and through acquisition, finalising the JMB purchase is another important milestone for us.”
Established in 2013 and based in Heathfield, JMB specialises in offering insurance broking services to professional drivers, such as, chauffeurs, and high net worth customers.

The specialist focus of JMB complements the existing insurance broking and risk management activities of RS Risk Solutions which provides insurance solutions to companies, private businesses, female-led businesses and entrepreneurs.
